How is shipping calculated?
We use flat-rate shipping based on your location and how your order is packed. This keeps things simple and predictable at checkout.

Why is 2 packs the best value for shipping?
Two packs fit perfectly into one box, making the most efficient use of space and giving you the lowest shipping cost per item.

What happens if I order more than 2 packs?
Orders with more than 2 packs are shipped in multiple boxes. Larger boxes become much more expensive to ship, so splitting orders helps keep costs more reasonable and protects your items.

Why are shipping costs higher than expected?
Our products are packaged in glass jars, which are heavier and require sturdy packaging to arrive safely. We work to keep shipping as fair and efficient as possible.

How long does shipping take?
Packages are shipped out weekly on Monday mornings. For all orders received after Monday morning at 8am to Saturday even will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping times will vary by your location.

How are products packaged?
Products are sold in 5- and 6-pack bundles and carefully packed by hand to ensure they arrive safely.

Will my items arrive safely?
We take extra care when packing each order, using sturdy boxes and protective materials to keep glass jars secure during shipping.
